There are Quidditch through the Ages, and Fantastic Beasts and where to find them.

Other than that, Rowling hasn't published any others.

Also, mugglenet.com has some suggested readings while you wait for book 7!

The only books by J K Rowling that are NOT part of the official seven-part Harry Potter series are:
"Quidditch Through the Ages"

And "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them!"

These are made to look like Harry's own school books - and were released as part of a fund-raiser for an annual British charity event called "Children in Need".
She has not written any other books, and does not endorse or recommend the "Knock-offs" as you call them!
After the seventh book has been released, she has said that she might write a sort of Encyclopaedia of the Wizarding World, including all her knowledge of the Harry Potter universe that never made it into any of the 7 novels, and has promised that the profits from this book will also be donated to a charity.

The books "Magyk" by Angie Sage are like a copy of Harry Potter. There's a little princess who was found in the snow because her queen mother was killed by a "dark wizard" and a bunch of wizards raise her...she even sleeps in a cupboard...

In my opinion, whoever wrote "Levin Thumps and the Gateway to Foo" tried to form it like "Harry Potter."
