So a good scary movie that ISNT one of the ones you listed.
Well, I'm sorry that I dont have a good answer for you agian haha. IF you can bend the PG13 rating a little, just depending on the material, you may want to check out the Butterfly Effect. Its not a ghost or slasher movie, but I found it to be very scary! It has rated R however, but isnt to bad.

i think the horror film and the pg-13 rating don't go hand in hand very well
