If you post a question on Yahoo!Answers and nobody gives you an answers, is that a question? Of course it is. The fact that you don't know Mr. Popescu from Cracanatii din Vale (a small village in some country) does not mean that Mr. Popescu does not exist. Duh!

It's still a question because you still asked it, it's just that nobody answeared you. It's like when you're asking someone a question and they completely ignore you.
