What's the easiest way to put sequinsy beads on a t-shirt?

I can't sew but would like to make a t-shirt with shiny beads/sequins? Where should I look for these shiny things and how can I apply them on a t-shirt so it can be washed?

go to a craft store and get the starter kit for this project ! wash it inside out
