This new version of IE locks up until the page FULLY loads and then it lets me scroll. The previous version let me scroll without the page loading completley.....is there an option I can change to make it stop?

Oh yes I agreed with you. Since I installed IE7 I have faced a lot of problems. Then I started playing with setting in ADVANCED. I changed various settings and now it is little bit better.
You can do that but before you change any setting make a memo what you have changed or take a screen shot for emergency. IE/Tools/Advanced/ check various settings here.
Do you clear history and files? Trash Bin etc. better do that too.

Okay, go into your Programs Folder, drag the Internet Explorer application into the Trash, empty the Trash, go to http://www.mozilla.com , download Firefox, install the *exe file, import your Internet Explorer bookmarks (er... maybe you should wait until after installing Firefox to delete Explorer), and you're ready to go.
