For comfort and everything, cause I tried buying pointed toe flats for my first time and asked for my size (in Singapore its 7, don't know about overseas) and the lady brought me an 8 to try on, but even then my heel couldn't even fit in!

Do I buy it in 2, or 3 sizes bigger?

Would they cause me foot problems? I've heard of blisters and how walking in the wrong shoes could cause strain on your back etc. but how bad is it exactly?

The only shoe I've tried on was size 8, one size bigger. They didn't have 9(sounds huge) in stock then.

Should I go back and buy it when 9 is in stock?

The toe of a pointed toe shoe is added onto the regular size of the shoe. I bought a pair recently and they fit (I bought my regular size eight) but I just can't get used to the extra length, really makes my feet look long. If you usually wear a size seven, then that is what you would wear in a pointed toe shoe. Maybe you should have the sales person measure your foot next time. If the sevens were too small at the heel then she must have given you a narrow. I would think that if you bought two sizes bigger, your feet really will look long. Kinda like you have boats on your feet! hahaha! Good luck and God be with you.

I may not rip your shoes, but I would hurt mah feet! I wear size 9 in women's, I think my feet are kinda big and I'm around 5'7". I won't even attempt to fit into a size 7

I would buy it a size bigger. Pointed shoes aren't the most comfortable shoe to wear. They have cause me in-grown toenails and alot of blisters.

I'm a 9 and when I buy pointy toe shoes I buy a 9...do you have bunions or something? The style of the shoe should not affect the size...

The maker of the shoe should take that into consideration and make it to fit. Worst case scenario is to try your normal size and if it doesn't work, go to the next.
