for the last two days when i turn on my computer it says keyboard failure then my mouse pointer freezes on the page when im supposed to click on my name for my startup menu to come up has this happened to anyone before and what was the cause and how can i fix it ive went into safe mode and did a system restore didnt help any suggestion thanks

call the company and set back to the default,just save all you downloaded... it is cheaper than having it looked at by pro.

im not really good with computers but i would call an computer company and get it fixed!
