Albino catfish could be any species, however the only i've got seen maximum in many circumstances is an albino channel cat, which gets extremely super and does consume different fish. So i might anticipate the catfish to consume any koi that are sufficiently small the catfish can get them of their mouths.

the world record for a wild caught channel cat is 58 pounds but they can grow larger in captivity and can grow in excess of 3 ft in length. In short your channel cat will grow to the same length as a 55 gallon tank, if you plan on keeping it you need to get a much larger tank probably 300 gallons or larger. They are cute when they are little but they get BIG

Although these fish have potential to over 3 feet long and 40 lbs in weight, it takes a full life (25 years) and large amounts of water to get there. In a 55 gallon I wouldn't expect it to grow nearly that big or live nearly that long - the answer to how big your fish will get (assuming you get the 55) is probably more like 8-10" if you keep him, and keep him alive, long enough.
