It depends on what you want to buy. The day after Christmas used to be the best day to get bargains. I remember hearing on the business reports that because of shifts in the economy, new competition, such as Walmart, companies began to offer better bargains the day after Thanksgiving. The same or better discounts that traditionally were offered the day after Christmas. For example, Christmas items, such as cards and decorations would be 50% off the day after Christmas; now you can find that discount before Christmas. I believe this began in the late 1990's.
But, after Christmas and into January you will find the seasonal items on clearance; winter clothing, electric blankets, etc. Also, January is supposed to be the best month bargains in electronics. Hope this helps a little.

surely no longer. i've got accomplished that when till now and it became insanity. i'll make double particular I surely have each and every thing i choose a minimum of three days ahead of Thanksgiving nutrition clever. As for Christmas procuring, no on that too. no longer even on "Black "Friday" will I courageous the shops. it rather is all in basic terms a gimmick besides. each and every shop has some good deals, yet in basic terms a limited volume of that merchandise just to get you in the door. the fees are the comparable, if no longer much extra on Black Friday.

The day after Thanksgiving is knowen as Black Friday, and is when the stores have the best sales of the year, and the lowest prices.
There are usually "After Christmas" sales, but not as good as Black Friday sales.
