Yes it is. I live in Kingston and it is really a wonderful sight to behold. The different lights create such a beautiful palate of colours its unbelieveable. It looks even better if you are in a plane and you are coming in for landing - superb!

Not as pretty as Whitehouse, Westmoreland. I slept outside there for a week. It was perfect, 70s with a light wind and stars everywhere.
