You will be better to shop for the lowest price that install it yourself. installing requires special tools and installing the springs can be very dangerous. The spring has the potential to break an arm or worst.

Honestly, pay a professional. My family has been doing this for three generations. To tell you all the ways to do it right (not just what the manual tells) would take too long. Alot of things on how to keep your door working come from experience, not out of a manual. Good luck thought.
P.S. "Fish Owner" I'ld like to meet your daughter. Not like I'm a moose or anything- 220lb. max

Not all that hard as long as you are take your time and read the directions. If you are also installing an opener, just be sure and follow the directions.
Come on guys, my daughter did it all by herself and now she is always being called on to help others.
No she is not a moose, 125 lbs max.

Best answer for this is to go to your local home depot or supplier, hardware store etc. The large stores usually have a DIY handout for free. There are lots of DIY repair manuals at the library as well.

I tried it once!! It is a lot more complicated than it looks to get it installed and balanced. I would never try it again. Sorry but I think you should hire someone who knows what their doing!!
