i tried delete everything on ny computer and then make a new windows installation so when i check my LOCAL C: still having files and softwares;someone help me how to erase all my existing files on my computer and what im doing wrong? plis help me

completely format your hard drive using DOS prompt and then reinstall the operating system

wipe out all the files in your c drive then

YOU NEED TO FORMAT THE HARDRIVE YOU CANT KEEP INSTALLING WINDOWS OVER OTHER WINDOWS
