No not really, because then my questions come out all wrong if I try to force the out so they can be on the boards when certain people are on, I know certain people will go searching for my questions to answer when they are here and I am not or vise versa. I've been known to go searching for certain people's questions.

Yes. Some people are better answerers, and you need a few of those or your question seems to go to waste. Some people are better askers, and I will seek them out because I like their questions.
