Yes, it means he is gay. All the way gay. It is the first thing I read when I got the gay handbook upon coming out. Also, if he wears anything green on the second Tuesday of each month. Didn't you get a copy of the gay handbook??

No. There are no secret signals that someone is gay. They used to say wearing an earring on your right ear meant you were gay, but I have my left ear pierced, and so does every other gay guy I know that has a pierced ear.
