Almost anything, including the work it takes to maintain my emotional stability & the choice to be happy no matter what mental record is running in the background telling me that I'm not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough...or whatever.
I make a concetrated effort to combat that with a curse & a counter that I AM good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, and I WILL be happy. That is my choice & after some practice, the brain rewires itself & it becomes much easier to be happy without such effort, or thought.

What would make me happy is if people could just take the time to look past all the differances that we have and see them as what makes us unique and able to do how much for this world. We to seldom do not look at the past to see how it affects us as who we are today and it makes me feel just I don't know really what it is but it hurts to see so many think towards the steryotypes that we have in the world. I'm sorry to rant and rave in your answer though. I hope it helped though.

What's happy?
I totally lost what I thought I was unhappy with to find myself miserable.
Then my happiness came back.
Sometimes we lose to know what we appreciate.
