Oh, my. Most of the bands I listen to are kind of old and I gravitate towards just plain goth or metal but I might as well take a stab at it what with the dearth of answers. Here is stuff involving industrial elements that I think is good:

Soft/softish:
Iris (really- they deserve FAR more fame. beautiful lyrics, and they do amazing things with computers)
De/Vision
Bella Morte
the Cruxshadows
VNV Nation
The Azoic
Melotron

Harder:
Wumpscut (yeah they've been around forever but they're great)
Razed in Black
Gary Numans newer stuff
Eisbrecher

Oddities:
Qntal (authentic medieval music with synth. they do utterly fantastic remixes.)
Juno Reactor (not my favorite but truly industrial- crossing the line with world music)
Vast (what happens when a geek watches too much PBS. the first album is especially worth it. I thought he toned it down too much later)
Delerium (the softer, darker end of the band Skinny Puppy.)

Or you could forget what I say, go here, and hit their glorious continuous sales.

Blood Brothers
Blink 182
Hinder
Godsmack
Rob Zombie
System of the Down
My Chemical Romance

If you are into that kind of music, you should really check these bands out. They are more emo, then gothic, But I couldn't tell the difference.
