I have liked one of my best guy friends for 3 years. I know that he has and i'm pretty sure stil likes me but wont come out and admit it. There are times when he acts so weird around me that I cant stand it. Then there are other times when he's around his friends (their my friends too) that he doesn't seem to care. Then a couple weeks ago he was basically acting like he was my boyfriend or somthing and I return the signals. He always goes through these phases where he seems so in love, then it dies down and then picks up again and i'm to the point of screaming. If theres any advice or thoughts on this I would realy appriciate it. thanks!

I would definatly talk to him about it. Or be the sly, sexy, one and write him a cute little note asking him out. I was in this situation, but he ended up asking me...but if he won't make the move, make it. Or suggest that someone else is going to ask you out, making him want to ask you first. If he still doesn't budge, he's bein a stupid guy.

Ask him "what is relationship between us" or "do you care about me?" When he again is in love to you ,you be cold and see his reactions.
