I dont understand why it wont work when all I did was re-load paper. Someone please help me out. I really need it tonight!! Thanks a bunch!

You could try going to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and scroll down to Print Spooler. Turn it off and reboot then go same place and start again. This has worked for me.

Did you shut down your computer for 5 minutes and then restart it? If not, try that.

If that doesn't work, you might try uninstalling the printer and installing it again. Go to Add/Remove Programs in your Start Menu, and follow the instructions.

Or call the tech support people at the printer company. They probably have someone on duty.

does it run out of ink?
go to Control Panel-->printer and other hardwares. Under Troubleshooters choose Printing and there are lists of causes there.

reboot your PC. cancel the print job to the printer. check the ink levels to the printer. if that doesnt work, try reinstalling the drivers for the printer....but i wouldnt think you need to redo the drivers....

well, try re-seting your printer or turning it off and on again.if that doesnt work, make sure the paper is put in correctly, and that you have color in it. if that doesnt work then try emailing your document (or whatever it is that you want to print) to a friend and have them print it for you.
