Because i heard that they are mixture of africans and eastern europeans... is this true?

I think that the term is meant for a person who is half black half white, regardless of the nationality.

Italians are Italians, they are not mulattoes. Mulatto is a person who is a black-white mixture. Italians and mulattoes have one thing in common: as a rule, they are very nice looking people. Italians are descendants of ancient Romans.

No but I am, I'm a mulatto saint. That's cause I got in my genes the ravings of an Irishman and a huge Swede that liked to crush every can he found. Three years ago I was sainted but the mulatto remains, and as I age it engenders horrid wrinkles, yet I am pious.
