You mean you can't eject your CD-ROM?

For that case, you might want to try Ejecting it from My Computers > Right clicking your CD-ROM drive > Choose Eject.

That way, you will get it ejected.

When your cd rom acts strange or doesn't want to work, there is always a possibility of your system being infected with a virus. Try running a virus program, and if you don't have one download Windows OneCare, it is free for 90 days.

if u want to open it and it won't open get a paper clip or tack and find a small hole located on the front of the cd-rom drive and stick the paperclip or tack in it and it should pop it open and get what u wont out of it and close it and take it to a computer shop and get the drive replaced or if u have warinty go to were u bought it and tell them what's going on with it and they should fix it foru or u can go to best buy or circut city and buy a drive for it and tell them to install it and your computer is fixed

Problems reading and writing CDs are common. In many cases, the problem cn be solved by checking the PC with free software, hardware modifications and cleaning the CD drive. I found the information at http://fixit.in/cdrdrive.html useful.
