blocked nose?

Are there any young woman out there that snore because of a narrow nose? Dose your nose get blocked when your sleeping so has any one ever told you make a loud snort or gasp to get breath and then resume normal sleeping? Have you ever been sleeping and you start to snore only through your nose then it gets blocked and you wake trying to get breath?

It sounds like sleep apnea. If this is you, you should see a doctor and describe what is happening. Sleep apnea can be very serious. If it is a friend, advise her to see a doctor.
