Cell Phone?

Question

Okay some ppl are telling me this cant be a pay as you go plan.
But on circuit citys webpage i found it under pre-paid

this does mean i pay when i can not monthly like a contract?
And by doing it pay as you go do i love any of its offers?
Like can i still use the mp3 player?

I would recommend pre-pay.
