Where do I go to attain a wholesale liscence? How do I find out where to buy from once I do?

You need a retailer certificate from your state. It's so you can collect sales tax on anyone from your own state, and send the tax along to them. Most people find wholesale sources just from experience.

PS I sell online and I am required by law to have the certificate from my state. then I just show them that I didn't sell to anyone from my own state. But you do have to show them.
