i need info about pandoras box?

i need two know stuff about pandora and pandoras box and anything eles you people can think of people protecting the box or something. please help. websites anything.

Here's how it is:
The 2 titans that helped the Gods were in charge of making animals. The brothers names were Forethought and Afterthought. Afterthought (Forget Greek names) put tails on snakes, wings on birds and such, so when FOrethought made Humans in the likeness of the Gods, he had nothing to give them! Then they stole fire and gave it to humans. When the Gods found out, they were so darn angry! Then they chained Forethought to a stone on a cliff where an eagle would eat out his liver everyday, and it would grow back at night, her never died. But the Gods made the most attractive and wonderful lady for Afterthought, but there was one fatal flaw: she was curisous. So Afterthought and the lady, named Pandora, married. The Gods, amoung the presents for the wedding, gave a box that they said never to open.
One day when Afterthought was out, Pandora was so curisous that she opened the box and let out diease, death, all sorts of bad things and everything that ever plagued hman life for it had stolen fire. But after all the monsters came out (Pandora couldn't close it) she finally closed it, but then a sweet voice said "let me out" and Pandora did so after some convincing, and a small white butterfly came out-hope, so in spite of all trouble there is always hope.

I had an OBE and visited a girl who was supposed to be called Pandora.She was the daughter and princess of the Queen of Sheba.It was an interesting dream and I had thought was made into a movie in the 70's. I haven't found it though.I did open some jewelry box and put a letter I had written for her in it.I remember doing a MacGyver and ruining her mothers necklace of immortality making a ball point pen with a feather from a Phoenix bird. There was a two sided pendant about the size of a quarter of a bird most likely the Phoenix.When I woke up from the dream the necklace and pendant of the bird was in my hand and so was some of Pandora's hair from a recent haircut. I realize now it wasn't as real as it seemed but it was still interesting anyway.I had actually believed I had time traveled to the middle east. I guess it was just a dream. I did meet a girl briefly about ten years later who looked like her. But she was looking for someone named Crap instead.I told her I didn't know Crap.I think she believed me....don't you?

as others have said Pandora opened the box letting all the evil destructive plagues, diseases, etc. loose on mankind. but hope was still in the box and was telling Pandora to let it out. Pandora determined that nothing worse could be let loose so She reopened the box a second time and Hope flew out of the box.

Do you have the internet? Obviously you do or you wouldn't have been able to post this. Do you know how to type google.com? Well obviously you do or you wouldn't be able to post this.

So... just a suggestion, use the internet for what its there for. Do your own research and type "Pandora's Box" into Google. You'll get alot more accurate information and you won't annoy everyone else to get the information for you because you're being too lazy to get it yourself.

Pandora was Greek God who was given the box, by Zeus, to guard. Pandora was told never to open the box, but her curiosity got the better of her and she opened it. When she did, she unleashed all the diseases, plagues and disasters of the world. In short, she released onto us all the things which make humanity suffer. The only thing which did not escape her box was hope!

i think my dad was telling me about this. if i remember right, its a box that holds i think a random thing. what i do know about it is that in age of mythology (video game) it is a cheat that lets u get random god powers.
