i have 100 dollars or equivalent in other currenies to giveaway.tell me, what best i can do, so that it brings me satisfaction,a glow on someone's face, and the feeling of having helped an individual.

that is not enough money to make some one happy to make some happy for a moment you make them happy. spend that money in way that some one's attitude is changed forever so that they will be happy for ever. but you wont get the name that you have changed them.
you give money to some one who is in need they spend away you see happiness in their face for that moment when donate it
if you donate to charity you cannot see happiness in any body because the one you given will be used to many added to meet so much expenditure they incur your donation will be apart of it.
so keep it with you . earn more and donate so that it will give happiness forever in once life

Make contribution to the Fund for education. This will bring happiness to many souls.

Give it to RSPCA. There are millions of poor animals being locked up and killed and abandoned because no one ever buys them. Do a kind thing and give them money to find homes for the poor little creatures.
