Random Twilight/New Moon question.....?

okay so in twilight and new moon vampires can't eat......so if they can't eat do they poop? (isn't that random? but i really do wanna know)

My guess is no. they don't eat. they don't sleep. so they probably don't have to do any other 'normal' functions either.
