Well, if you like more action more, I suggest Mario Kart. Mario Kart is a racing game where you have to use strategy to beat the other players, and it is also harder to play. However, if you like a more simulated game where you live your life with no boundaries, play Animal Crossing. This also uses strategy, but it isn't as nerve racketing as Mario Kart.
