www.plywood.com has a great selection of plywood but the shipping is way expensive. just kidding
gotta buy wholesale to get the deal. Check the link for wholesale prices. Just gotta have room for a truckload of plywood

in hardware shop where cement steel paints were sold they will sell plywood in india. or there will be plywood shops specially for plywood in cities u can buy there.
outside india i dont know
