I bought a leather jacket when I was pregnant four years ago. I would like to wear it this winter, but it's way too big.

If you can, HOW?

If you get it good and wet it will shrink and become stiff. The lining will not shrink. Best thing to do is to take it to a tailor and have it re-cut to your correct size.
I don't know what you paid for it so if it is going to cost more to have it remade you might as well by a new one.
