Is this really a fear, or just something gross that you don't want to do? Why would anyone want to eat a live worm without chewing? Why would anyone want to eat a live worm while chewing? Are you going on Fear Factor?

I don't know, I would not want to eat a worm. Accidentally ate small meal worms in Corn Meal when I was younger, that was disgusting, I took off from work and went to the Doctors. :)

just dont eat it
or, if for some reason i dont understand, you have to eat it, hold your nose and dont breath when you swallow it, then you wont taste it, but follow it w/ something to drink like water and spit it out a few times then drink something w/ a strong taste in flavor to cover up the worm taste
