does anyone have any ideas of what he would like for 20-30 dollars? He likes to do active things outdoors. thanks for your help.

I don't know where you live. The weather would have a lot to do with the outdoor idea. You can pack a nice lunch with wine glasses and candle drive to a nice and private place. Bring a blanket and make love outside.
A gift certificate for golfing etc.
Have a nice dinner at home and have whip cream and strawberries served to him wearing very little.
How do you feel about porn? Make up a fruit and nut plate with LOTS of water. First give him a birthday card in the morning asking if he is available at ?? time for a movie and to come wearing just the silk boxers you have wrapped to go with the card.

Get him a gift certificate to Bass Pro Shop. They got alot of cool things in that store. Well I know they do here in Texas. Its a BIG outdoor store.

The thing he would really want is your undying love for him. Make a lovely poem and write it on fancy paper that is perfumed...with your own handwriting since it is more precious than being typed up.

Buy yourself a football jersey of his favorite team. Fix him his favorite dinner in it and then take him upstairs to score a touchdown!
