It is a futuristic, sci-fi movie about growing people in cocoons in order to have their body parts harvested. Seems they win some sort of lottery to get to this great island paradise only to have it turn into begin the process of body part harvesting. Two escape into the real world and meet their clones.
My brother saw it, described it to me, but could not remember the title.
