I live in Lake County, Mentor. No it was not blocked out. The game was on the NFL Network. As of right now they do not carry it. If they added it , they would increase the monthly bill , and they don't believe that there is enough people across the bord who would want it added. They are trying to figure out what package they should put it with. That is what the spokesperson said on the news
