For some reason Yahoo has deleted the question I had a link posted to. The question was, are there men who like fat women as opposed to skinny women? I know of men who won't give fat women the time of day--are there men who won't give skinny women the time of day?
I'm not making any sort of statement WHATSOEVER--I'm simply curious. :-)

The question seems to have been deleted - but in answer to your question about "Do some men like fat women" - or words to that effect:-
At the risk of stating the obvious it depends.
If we are talking about a fat (your words) woman who is always trying to lose an extra ounce and squuuuze into a dress three sizes too small so everything buckles and pulls - and in short looks a real mess, then no. But NOT because she is overweight but because SHE has the problem with it.
On the other hand, if you take a fat woman who accepts herself and dresses with clothes that FIT and look nicely matched - she can be an absolute stunner!
Two examples in the UK - "Fern" who presents one of the morning TV programs, pleasant woman, very overwight and wears clothes that are simply too tight. she is not happy with her weight and is often moaning about it. Bad News
They you have Dawn French, perhaps heavier still but wears beautiful clothes that compliment her shape, she seems fully comfortable i her appearance and is considered an extremely attractive woman by MANY people.
Weight for most guys is NOT the issue - it is how the WOMAN sees herself - and presents herself that can be where things fall apart.
Incidentally beautiful clothes do NOT mean expensive, simly something with a generous cut of material which does ot "pull" in all the wrong places - but has been designed to flatter a large body rather than make a dismal attempt at "hiding it".
LOL - and after all that, I am as bent as a nine bob note - so wouldn't be interested anyway - but arguably that makes me VERY impartial to commenting on whether a fat woman -v- a skinny women is as likeable.
