They act childish and act become evil and vindictive?

That would imply that men DO NOT do that and thus somehow "deserve" power? These sorts of things are not gender or biologically sex based and this is a false dichotomy.
If there were NO men, ever in the history of men, that acted childish, evil and vindictive THEN I can see how that statement might have some basis in truth.
However, since there are BOTH men who DO possess these qualities and women who DO NOT possess those traits, this sort of discussion is counter-productive and irrelevant to any discussion of why women do not have power...
That is like saying that women are just children and if they would just grow up then they would be GIVEN power... That is insulting and in no way, at all, accurate.

Women have more power, that is clear and obvious. Men pretend to have power and influence, when in reality... behind every successful man- there is a woman, the puppet master.. making every success possible. The man gets the credit, the woman gets the credit card.

Women don't have a monopoly on those traits. In my view women control more of the world than they understand or attempt to influence. You have the power, step up to the plate.
