I have recently found meditating to be very calming,because due to my ADD I always have to be moving (whether it be by tapping my foot,moving my fingers,chewing gum,etc...)and I have just found it wonderful to give my brain and body a complete rest.Well the other day during meditation a muscle in my shoulder started spazzing out and its had a bad cramp for a few days.What do you think happened and how can I fix it?

I just don't understand how I could get it messed up by sitting STILL.

Not sure what might have caused your muscle cramp, but I suggest massage therapy to get the knots out. Maybe the massage therapist can tell you why it cramped up.

try eating seaweed ... maybe you are lack of potassium.
