I need a Herbalife agent in Taiwan?

I am a registered Herbalife user - I registered in Taiwan with a lady whose English is guide good and we can at least communicate. But lately she doesn't answer my emails or phone calls. Who knows of an agent with (limited) English ability in Taiwan that can help me? I want to move away from my current agent to a new one.
