Under most circumstances the answer is YES... eventually. Even in cases of very low gravity unless something is able to completely escape the gravity of a given body it will eventually come down (unless of course it gets stuck in orbit but even then EVENTUALLY it will come down...)

I have often thought about this and I can not think of anything that goes up but never comes down so I think it must be true!
I have just thought of something that goes up but doesn't come down...........age!!

well on earth it does because gravity and friction, but in space an object will keep moving untill an opposing force stops it
