It's not about who the GM is .You need to give (whoever) a long term contract so they can build with a little patience.If the GM has to get results instantaneously he will make the same mistakes that have plagued Toronto forever.We are now finally seeing some internal development instead of trading our future away for some veteran who played his best game 5 years ago.

No. I don't think he is doing a very good job. Toronto needs a lot of changes starting at the top and working down.
