How to price a job for snow plowing in NY?

I don't want to overcharge and would you include the price of sanding in the bid?

Trying to get information for my husband he is just starting snow plowing if we get snow. Pray for snow!!!!

i charge 75.00 an hour from time i arrive to time i leave,when doing car lots this makes them move vehicles quicker,and yes you have to pay for sand and the equipment,you need to be paid for it
