I don't think that any emotion is "useless."
On the other hand, any emotion that is taken to a pathological extreme is pretty useless, and usually highly disruptive in an individual's life.

Jealousy.
The root to all evil. Capable of driving some insane when taken/ exercised to extremes.
With jealousy comes greed to do more, be more, etc. A very vicious cycle & highly destructive, not to mention unhealthy.
Mostly it's unnecessary.

I do not know what this emotion is called but the most usless thing a person can feel is that they are better than other people. When you feel that you are better, you become judgemental and start to play the blame game. It is sad, because I believe we should be humble and all take care of eachother.

I would have to say jealousy is the most useless. There really isn't much of a purpose for this one. It doesn't signal anything other than a semming lack in one's self, and it doesn't resolve anything by exsisting.... what's the point of it?

I would say Hate
cos in my experience the more you hate someone the more you are obsessed with that hate. is that person aware of the hate you feel for them? So who is hurting the most?

There are two, worry and regret. No use worrying of things you can't control. I it is something you can control then control it. Regret is for something that has already happened. You have not control. It's like past worry. Wow deep.
