My twitch is usually brought on through tiredness when iv finished a night shift, it is also brought on through stress or when iv gotten worked up and anxious. Try putting cucumber on your eyes it will cool them down.

Most likely a bacterial or viral infection thats reoccurring.. Best see you doctor for some treatment. It may also of course just be a small bit of dirt of hair.

sometimes when u get anxiety about things happening that u can't control ur body takes over & controls it for u.u shuld still get soemone to look at it,just incase,but try & remember what triggered it,that prob will help u solve what caused it.good luck.

it is called blepharospasm and is not something you should worry about. it's just an annoyance more than anything. it can be aggravated by stress, so if you're stressed out it can increase in frequency, intensity, and time.
