Need more information on what your PIN is for, if this is a Bank PIN number you will need to go to your Bank....On some web sights you can edit your profile and if there is a PIN number you can also edit it, you will need your name and password and after your on the sight go to there help and type in "edit PIN" for more information, it should tell you if it is possible to edit PIN number..
In most cases if you lost your PIN you might have to Fax a written request with your signature and they will change and mail you a new PIN number....this is for there protection....

Hi. You may have to call service unless you have your old PIN. Other wise there is an option to allow you to change it within the software.
