My deer friend is going crazy and I think sex can help and she trusts me but I'm married and I feel obligated to help her, can I do it?

No! You have more of an obligation to your WIFE. You married the woman, and you swore to love, honor and obey her until death parted you.
No matter how close your friend is, your wife is the most important person in your world. And if she isn't, you should not be married to her.
As a friend, you can help your friend in any other way. Perhaps get her some councelling, or just be there to help talk her through things. But do not make a sexual relationship with her!

First of all you should never sleep with a "good" friend just because she is desperate. A not so good friend maybe, and an acquaintance sure why not. But when your on a relationship you should never sleep with anyone besides your spouse (unless your spouse has specifically said that you are in an open relationship, because i know some couples are like that, just not me).
Also, think about it. If it were really okay, why would you even be asking this question.

1. You 'friend' will not go crazy due the lack of sex. She is likely 'playing' you for another reason. She can find other ways to resolve her situation.
2. When you give your wife a STD, how are you going to explain that?

You're not doing it as a friend, you're trying to delusion yourself into thinking it's justified. You're doing no-one a favour by taking on such a stupid responsibility.
How would you feel about your wife taking on such a burden for the sake of a male friend's sanity?
Plus if the girls going insane because of lack of sex, she shouldn't have been such a **** in the first place. She isn't a friend and you should be very wary of her.

Your "deer" friend needs to find a man of her own. Have you asked your wife if you can sleep with this woman? Can you afford the Divorce? I would dump the "deer friend" to the curb and let her solve her own problems.

What about your wife, have you thought about that? You need to think, you are a married man, you have a lot too lose. You can be their to give your friend advice, but their are certain boundaries that you just do not cross. If you do this, you will never forgive yourself!

Oh. That definitely won't be helping. There is a cost involved here. Help her, risk your family's relationship.
Better option: Hook up your friend with someone you know. Or tell her to get out more, go out to the bar and party.
