My first question is "In what way?"
Maybe you are having a bad day. We all do. And some handle it better than others, but that is just the way we are.
Or maybe you have changed in some way. We all are growing and evolving every day. Sometimes for the better sometimes not.
Find out if it is a good thing or a bad thing and adjust from there.

I say "yes I have, I like the new me. It is improved and specialized type of me" the problem is that the person asking is wanting the old you.

it would probably depend on who is saying it. it would go from asking how have i changed, to oh you noticed the new set of cells have you, it has been 7 years after all (i read all our cells are new every 7 years)

well what did you expect me to do wear the same thing over and over again? do you not change too?
that's what I would say... everyone changes, change is good and they need to just get over it... If we never changed we would not evolve!
