Holidays are overrated. I prefer to try to enjoy every day and make the most of every day. To treat every day as if it's special because it is and treat myself special also :c)

Any other day of the year I would have picked a different holiday & I think I did earlier today...but right now, stuffed & content, happy & calm, I've changed my mind. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday & that's because everyone seems just as peaceful and happy as I am.

Yule, it is a calmer time of year where and when I can hibernate, just like the animals do. I know that sounds a little corny, but I enjoy the cold air better than the hot humid weather; my thyroid disagrees with the summer, that's when I become a caveman and retreat to the computer room with the air conditioner on.

Christmas is my favorite. I like buying gifts for people and watching them open it.I love to shop and Christmas gives me a reason to do so.
I like being around my family and all the food. Only two times a year you really get to eat loads of food. Today and Christmas.

I would have to say Christmas. My parents come over to my house and we have a good day together. My second would be Thanksgiving.
