Yes, they do. It's actually illicited by stimulating the prostate gland and can be reached by inserting a finger in his anus.
Hypothetically speaking, if he were laying on his back and you were facing him you'd want to go up about two inches and make a "come hither" (as if motioning for some one to "come here") gesture with the finger. Yes, although it's called an A-spot, not a G-spot. It's the prostate gland (which can be accessed through one's rectum), and can be stimulated by 'milking' it with fingers, or vibration, or by anal penetration with a penis or toy. It is highly sensitive and results in very deep, intense orgasms. Some men can even orgasm/ejaculate solely with prostate stimulation, and a very rare few can ejaculate with such stimulation without having an erection!
