If you want to become a millionaire, you will need to make lots of changes. What I am about to tell you will never be revealed to you ever again. If it is, it will not be free, so listen up. You should change your friends! Y? Chances are they are broke and not getting you access to investments and deals that rich people have access to. Then when you trade up on your friends, set up companies along the way - LLCs, S and C corps. Ever noticed rich people have others working for them? Yes they do lots of golfing and less working. Also learn how to golf and play tennis to get yourself into the country clubs. As far as the company ownership goes, uncle sam taxes you as an individual but if u owned a company, you would be able to keep most of that profit and reinvest. Being rich is not how much you make but how much you keep. Then you should have a business that generates postive cashflow month after month, take some of that money reinvest back into the business, put some into another business and keep the cycle going. At some point, you will generate more cash than you know possible. Good luck and best wishes. Invest also in other assets, stocks, bonds, private placement offerings and other businesses. Your rate of return should be 15% atleast otherwise, keep you money in the bank. Where is it FDIC insured. lol. So the formular is start/own a business that generates cash month after month, own real estae, gas and oil, promissory notes, etc. Invest that money in other cash generating assets and keep this going. This is exactly what I am doing. As far as busineses to start/grow, just look around you. There are wants and needs that people have that are not met. You can meet that need and generate a large cashflow each month. Here are some tried and true examples - a kid starting a lawn mower business to mow all lawns in the community (when its time to go to college, he can sell the accounts to another kid for top dollar), or an adult owning a landscaping business, veding machines, gyms, real estate, franchise - McDonalds, Subway, etc, Arcade, Paintball business, A dog walking service, etc. But to start the busines, I would be well versed in 1. Sales 2. Marketing 3. Finance 4. Leadership 5 Others - Operations, HR, tax, accounting, fund raising, etc. So good luck and best wishes.

You have to be a heartless, cold blooded human being, willing to step on the common man and ruthlessly steal ideas from others.

Bill Gates has warned people who have visited him, that he would not hesitate to use (steal) any ideas they let slip out. Therefore you have to be a back-stabber too.

I don't have that heartless attribute it takes - and thus, I'd rather be a pauper than a king - in that sense. It doesnt matter what product or service you have to sell - its the attitude.

You can do it with investments (401(k), IRA, stocks, mutual funds). Deposit $200 per month for 30 years. If the account gets at least a 10% return, then you will have one million dollars.
Or
You can win the lottery.
