Don't listen to these idiots, bro. What you have is a kidney stone that is trying to pass. Stones are created in the urine from too much calicium. Sometimes a diet with too much dairy in it, like milk and cheese can cause them. Drink tons of water! The should pass id they are trying to come out. If they don't, go to doctor. You didn't mention your age. But if you are in puberty, this could be a normal secretion, especially if you had a sexually related dream. If you are older, the dream could still cause this to happen. If it wasn't because of a dream, then you must make an appointment with a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck to you. Also, I did notice in one of your other questions, you asked if a person with HIV has any reason to live. If you have this, I don't know if it could cause your current problem or not.
