Depends on what she likes. If she likes A & F and fashion and stuff like that, get her an A & F gift card and some makeup such as smackers lipgloss, etc. And maybe throw in a couple of PS2 games.

probably make-up would be a cheap, easy gift. Get something like black eyeliner, masscara, or clear lip gloss. These are things almost every girl uses.
